Within this section you will find tools and resources developed by local NHS boards and other health and care organisations.
These tools are included here with authorisation from the submitting NHS board/organisation for use by other NHS boards/organisation should they wish to do so.
Prior to use, it is advised that you first confirm with the authors to ensure the most up to date version is in use and credit/recognition should be given to that NHS Board/Organisation for the development of the resource.
